The double-flanged 18″ screw conveyor trough X 6ft long is uniquely designed in a way that the trough exemplifies considerable strength and structural rigidity without the addition of weight to the trough. The double-flanged design also provides an excellent dust-tight seal when accompanied by the Barron flanged cover. This 18″ double-flanged trough can also be manufactured from stainless-steel or other materials that may be required by the application at hand. To ensure a tight fit and perfect alignment when installed, NU-Weld end flanges are continuously jig-welded on each end. It is important to note that if supporting feet are needed, they will be placed at the trough’s flange joints. We also supply trough saddles, covers, mounting hardware, and any other screw conveyor component needed for your system.
