78 Series 11 Tooth Shearpin Sprocket is manufactured from cast nylon 6 or steel and are available in standard and jaw-clutch arrangements. Shearpin sprockets are ideal for all clarifier applications. These sprockets are all non-metallic and require no maintenance or periodic cycling to keep rust from accumulating. They have a trip button that pops out when shear pin breaks; this is perfect for activating limit switch or alarm system. Shearpin sprockets are easy to install and works with any 78 series chains.
