Product Overview
The DeWalt DCF630B drywall screw gun provides professional fastening performance with a brushless motor capable of delivering up to 4,850 RPM no-load speed. This high-speed performance makes it suitable for drywall installation tasks where rapid screw placement and consistent fastening depth are required.
A top-mounted electronic mode selector allows users to quickly switch between four operating modes, including Trigger Mode (High Speed), Trigger Mode (Low Speed), PushStart Mode, and Lock-On Mode. These modes help optimize the tool for different drywall installation techniques and user preferences.
The adjustable nosecone enables accurate depth setting for drywall screws, helping maintain consistent fastening without damaging drywall surfaces. Its compact size and lightweight design reduce fatigue during extended installation work, while the wide upper grip flange provides improved finger placement and control.
For jobsite visibility, the screw gun includes an integrated LED work light that helps illuminate the fastening area. The tool is also Tool Connect™ chip ready, allowing integration with DeWalt’s asset management system when used with the optional Tool Connect™ Chip (DCE042, sold separately).
